Also known as Virginia crab, a wonderful small apple with citrus, floral, grassy, tropical fruit, butterscotch and green apple aromas.

Dabinett

Along with Porter's, this variety is one of our largest plantings in the orchard.

A moderate bittersweet amber-colored apple. Aroma notes of apple and banana. Can be used for a single variety cider, but the tannins can be strong.

Harrison

An old American sharp apple with fresh, apple, woody, and floral aroma. Its well balanced with flavors and aromas.  Good for single variety or blended ciders.
