An old American sharp apple with fresh, apple, woody, and floral aroma. Its well balanced with flavors and aromas. Good for single variety or blended ciders.

Also known as Virginia crab, a wonderful small gold apple with citrus, floral, grassy, tropical fruit, butterscotch and green apple aromas.
